Prime Alloys

Inoculants are Ferro Silicon based highly potent alloy used to inoculate the Grey and S.G. Iron to control the matrix structure and avoiding casting defect. Inoculants are of different bearing where the base metal being ferro silicon.

Similar to the Ferro Silicon magnesium, the inoculants are also produced with the ferro silicon of low impurities. The content of all metal in alloy are controlled and are within the specific requirement of the customers to have good inoculation. The product has excellent properties to stabilize the nuclei for longer time, prevention of chill problem and reduction of shrinkage. The product size is supplied according the requirement of the customers.
